On Your Terms Divorce PLLC (OYTD) is an online platform that seeks to assist divorcing couples that have agreed on all the terms of their divorce.  OYTD provides solutions that enable our users to divorce with dignity on their own terms, and to save substantial amount of money in the process.

This solution was developed by a board certified family lawyer who observed that several potential clients  actually had  relatively simple cases that they could resolve on their own with little guidance . OYTD was therefore created with the primary goal of providing a cost effective self-help solution for those persons who qualify, without compromising quality. 

We guarantee that the divorce papers we generate for our users will be accepted by the appropriate court and we stand behind our solutions. 

Who Qualifies?

This platform is expressly designed for couples that are not contesting any issue in their divorce, and whose circumstances fits into any of our packages. If any issue is contested, then it is important to consult a qualified family law attorney or law firm to fully discuss and understand your legal rights. If you have agreement but that agreement does not fit into any of our standard packages, contact us for a custom package. 

No Property No Children

Couples that do not have any children and have agreed that each spouse will keep whatever assets are in their respective names qualify to use this package.

No Property With Children

Couples that have agreed to keep whatever assets are in their respective names (except real estate), and have agreed to all children issues including custody, visitation and child support, also qualify to use this platform. The package presently supports up to 4 minor children of the marriage. 

One Real Property With Children

Couples that have reached agreement on their children and property issues, including no more than one community property real estate, may qualify to use this platform. Regarding the marital home, the platform presently supports one spouse keeping the marital home and buying out the other spouse for an agreed upon amount. 

Properties With Children

Couples that have no more than 2 real properties and children may also use this platform if they have reached agreement on all  property issues, and have agreed that one party will have primary custody of the children while the other parent will have standard possession and access visitation rights. 

Custom Packages

Couples who have reached agreements on all children and property issues, but whose agreements do not fall within any of our standard packages, may still benefit from this platform by requesting a custom package. Couples whose assets are worth over $1 million do not qualify for any or the standard packages regardless of agreement–but may also request a custom package.

Our Custom packages begin at $999.99 up to $4,999.99, and the turn around time is usually less than 5 business days for receipt of complete divorce packet.
